DEFINITION

The Home Care Service The oak is a service of domestic character, psychological, rehabilitative, social, personal and educational, that aims to provide, through professionals, comprehensive care to all those who, in Somehow, require assistance and / or support of third parties in situations of special need, ensuring the permanence of the same in their family or origin.

A. PERSONAL CARE TASKS
  • Personal hygiene and grooming, including bath / shower daily and anything that requires regular hygiene, as well as special attention to the maintenance of hygiene and incontinent bedridden to prevent ulcer formation.
  • Help and / or mobilizing support for the dependent person inside and outside the home. And the performance of activities of daily living in the home environment.
